Mindful art is about the process, not the outcome. Join me as we explore different ways to nurture our creativity in a judgment-free zone.

You are creative.

C’mon, say it out loud, “I am creative.”

I didn’t hear you in central Ohio. Can you try that again?

The process of mindful art is a soul-tending, repetitive process. In this space, I invite you to notice what you are doing, how you are feeling, and what is bubbling up for you.

Here’s a of my mindful art practice.

Lines on a 2 x 2-inch square.

If you’re saying, “hang on, even I can do that!”

Exactly. That’s my point. You can do this.

You ARE creative.

The art emerges after you repeat the process over and over again.

Here’s my first invitation for you.

Grab a tiny post-it, cut a 2×2 inch square off of a blank sheet of paper from your printer and sit down for five minutes and SLOWLY draw lines across the page.
