I’m on a 100-day journey of calligraphy and today is Earth Day, so “Happy Earth Day” made sense to letter.
As I was drawing this piece, wonky h and all, I wondered, “where do you get your inspiration?” I find holidays, even the silly ones, are a great place to nurture creativity and practice my calligraphy skills. I also find lettering challenges, quotes, and things I find myself saying over and over again great inspiration.
